Refund Policy

Effective date: June 2025  ·  Governed by Irish law and EU consumer protection legislation

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with AiSendsEmails for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first subscription payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first charge only; subsequent monthly renewals are not eligible.

2. EU / EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a natural person not acting in a trade or business capacity) based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), as implemented in Ireland by the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 484 of 2013).

Waiver of right of withdrawal: At the point of subscription you are asked to expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you have not actively used the service within the 14-day period, you retain the right to a full refund by contacting us.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous than the statutory minimum and does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

3. Cancellations After 30 Days

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellations after the 30-day guarantee window do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days.

4. Expansion Packs

Expansion packs (additional campaign and email allowances) are subject to the same 30-day policy as base subscriptions. Partial refunds for unused capacity within a billing period are not provided. If you purchase an expansion pack in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review the request.

5. Billing Errors & Exceptions

If you have been charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a technical fault), contact us immediately and we will investigate and refund any erroneous amount promptly. We reserve the right to issue goodwill refunds outside these terms at our discretion.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via the Contact page with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of the charge
  • A brief reason for your request (optional, but helpful)

We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Ireland. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
